Everyone knows skateboarding can be a fun and healthy thing to do, despite the occasional injury(which, really, is like any other physical activity). Skateboarding trains motor skills, balance, agility, and concentration, and it builds confidence, in that the experience proves to a child that if they put their mind to something, they can accomplish it.
