At any of the day-off skate sessions your child can expect to get 2 group lessons(preceded by stretching), a lunch period, free time to either practice what they went over in the lesson, use the balance board, or make art, and the occasional skate-related game.
The sessions are open to skaters of all skill levels, ages 7 to 14. You can drop your child off as early as 8:00 AM. Pick up is at 4:00 PM, or 6:00 PM for those signed up for extended day. All skaters need to come with their own board, pads, lunch, and a waiver(waivers must be signed by a legal guardian once per year, and will be available at the training facility).
